Vendor Policy & Seller Agreement
This Vendor Policy & Seller Agreement sets out the standards, responsibilities, and rules that apply to vendors selling on TopStore eMarket. By listing or selling products on the platform, a vendor agrees to comply with this policy and all related TopStore eMarket rules.
Product Standards
Vendors must ensure that all products listed on TopStore eMarket are genuine, lawful, safe, and of acceptable quality. Counterfeit, prohibited, unsafe, misleading, or unlawfully sourced goods are strictly not allowed on the platform.
Accurate Listings
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that every product listing is accurate, clear, and not misleading. This includes product names, descriptions, images, specifications, prices, stock availability, and any other material information shown to customers.
Vendors must not upload false images, misleading descriptions, incorrect product details, or pricing intended to deceive customers or distort the marketplace.
Pricing and Stock Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and stock availability on the platform. Products that are out of stock, incorrectly priced, or unavailable for fulfillment should be updated promptly to avoid cancelled orders, customer complaints, or operational disruption.
Packaging and Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for packaging products properly and preparing orders for timely fulfillment. Products must be packed in a manner reasonably suitable for safe handling, transport, and delivery to the customer.
Vendors must also ensure timely handover of confirmed orders in line with platform processes, delivery arrangements, and any order timelines communicated to customers.
Customer Service and Cooperation
Vendors are expected to cooperate with TopStore eMarket in handling customer complaints, returns, verification requests, disputes, and operational reviews. Vendors must respond truthfully and promptly to reasonable platform enquiries relating to orders, products, customer issues, or compliance concerns.
Commission and Platform Fees
Unless otherwise stated by TopStore eMarket, a 10% commission per order shall be deducted before vendor payout. TopStore eMarket reserves the right to introduce, revise, or apply other platform fees, campaign-related deductions, or operational charges where such terms are clearly communicated and applicable.
Payout Conditions
Vendor payouts are made only after successful delivery, customer confirmation where applicable, reconciliation, and internal approval by TopStore eMarket.
Where there is a dispute, refund request, compliance concern, suspected fraud, or unresolved operational issue, TopStore eMarket may delay, hold, review, or adjust payout processing until the matter has been resolved in accordance with platform rules.
Prohibited Vendor Conduct
Vendors must not engage in fraud, false advertising, manipulation of reviews, misleading promotions, sale of prohibited goods, misuse of customer information, or abuse of platform systems. Any conduct that threatens customer trust, marketplace integrity, or legal compliance is strictly forbidden.
Compliance with Law and Platform Rules
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, tax obligations, and platform policies relating to their business and the goods they sell. Use of TopStore eMarket does not remove the vendor’s independent legal responsibilities.
Platform Enforcement
Where a vendor fails to comply with platform rules, TopStore eMarket may take enforcement action including product removal, listing restriction, temporary suspension, withholding of payout where reasonably necessary, account limitation, or permanent removal from the platform.
Seller Agreement Acceptance
By listing, promoting, or selling products on TopStore eMarket, the vendor confirms acceptance of this Vendor Policy & Seller Agreement and agrees to comply with all related TopStore eMarket policies, processes, and operational requirements.
