Eligibility to Sell

To sell on TopStore eMarket, a vendor must complete the required registration process and provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information. TopStore eMarket may require additional details or supporting documents before approving a vendor account for selling activity.

Required Registration Information

Vendors may be required to provide information such as their full name or business name, phone number, email address, physical address, business category, and any identification or business documents requested by TopStore eMarket during onboarding or review.

Where the vendor operates as a registered business, TopStore eMarket may request business registration details, tax-related information, or other supporting records reasonably necessary for platform compliance and verification.

Accuracy of Information

Vendors must ensure that all information submitted to TopStore eMarket is true, current, complete, and capable of verification. Any false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information may result in delayed approval, suspension of selling privileges, or rejection of the vendor application.

Verification and Review

TopStore eMarket may review and verify the information provided during onboarding before approving a vendor account. This review may include document checks, contact verification, business detail review, address confirmation, or any other reasonable steps required to support marketplace trust, safety, and compliance.

TopStore eMarket reserves the right to request additional information or clarification at any stage of the onboarding process or after account approval where necessary.

Approval, Rejection, Suspension, or Removal

TopStore eMarket reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, restrict, or remove any vendor application or vendor account where the information provided is incomplete, false, misleading, unverifiable, inconsistent with platform requirements, or otherwise fails to meet legal, operational, or compliance standards.

Tax, Licensing, and Business Compliance

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable tax, licensing, permit, and business registration requirements relating to the goods or services they offer through the platform. Registration or approval on TopStore eMarket does not remove the vendor’s responsibility to comply with applicable law.

Payout Information

Vendors must ensure that their payout details are accurate, current, and belong to the approved vendor or verified business profile. TopStore eMarket may delay, hold, or decline payout processing where payout information is inconsistent, inaccurate, unverified, or raises compliance or fraud concerns.

Ongoing Vendor Responsibility

Vendors must keep their account information updated at all times. Where there is any change to contact details, business identity, physical address, payout details, or supporting records, the vendor must update the information promptly and cooperate with any further verification requested by TopStore eMarket.

Compliance Monitoring

TopStore eMarket may carry out ongoing reviews of vendor accounts, listings, business details, and platform conduct to maintain marketplace trust, customer safety, operational integrity, and compliance with platform rules. Vendors are expected to cooperate with reasonable compliance checks and platform requests.

Vendor Approval Is Not Automatic

Submission of a vendor application does not guarantee approval. TopStore eMarket may approve or decline applications based on the completeness of the information provided, verification outcomes, platform requirements, and applicable legal or compliance considerations.
