Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. Sellers are expected to list products accurately using real images and correct descriptions. If an item delivered is materially different from what was advertised, you can report the issue to Customer support for review under our returns and refund policy.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing an order, your order details and confirmation are available in your account and in your order-related notifications. You can also use your order number when contacting support for help with receipts or order confirmation.

How can I return an item?

If your item is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact TopStore support within the allowed return period stated in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos where necessary. Approved returns and refunds are handled according to our review process.

How do I become a seller on TopStore?

You can register through the Become a Seller page  https://topstoreemarket.com/vendor-registration     by submitting your store and verification details. Seller applications may be reviewed before approval.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Availability depends on the seller. Some items may be restocked, while others may no longer be available. You can check the product page again later or contact support if you want help confirming availability.

Where can I ship my order?

TopStore is built for customers across Zambia. We are starting with stronger delivery operations in Lusaka, while service coverage continues to expand to more locations nationwide. Delivery availability may vary depending on the product, seller, and destination.

What payment methods does TopStore accept?

TopStore currently supports  Airtel Money for eligible orders.

while we are working on MTN MoMo, and Visa to be able to be used on  our platform.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the seller, your location, and product availability. Orders within Lusaka may be delivered faster, while deliveries outside Lusaka may take longer depending on logistics and route coverage.
