Illegal and Restricted Products

Vendors must not list, advertise, distribute, or sell any product that is illegal, unlawfully possessed, unlawfully sourced, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law or platform rules.

Counterfeit and Misleading Goods

Counterfeit, fake, infringing, falsely branded, or misleading goods are strictly prohibited. Vendors must not sell products that misrepresent brand, authenticity, origin, quality, approval status, or condition.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Recreational Drugs

Alcohol, tobacco products, recreational drugs, controlled substances, and any similar restricted items may not be listed or sold on TopStore eMarket unless expressly permitted by law and specifically approved by the platform, which approval may be withheld at TopStore eMarket’s discretion.

Weapons and Hazardous Materials

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, unsafe materials, and other dangerous goods are strictly prohibited unless expressly allowed by law and specifically approved by TopStore eMarket. The platform reserves the right to reject or remove any product that presents safety, legal, or compliance risk.

Restricted Pharmaceuticals and Unsafe Medical Products

Vendors must not sell restricted pharmaceuticals, prescription-only products, unapproved medical devices, unsafe health products, or any medical or wellness item that requires legal authorization, approval, or control unless it is lawfully permitted and specifically approved by TopStore eMarket.

Pornographic or Explicit Content

Pornographic, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content and products are not permitted on TopStore eMarket.

Fraud and Dishonest Conduct

Vendors and customers must not engage in fraud, payment abuse, false claims, fake orders, false advertising, charge abuse, account misuse, identity misrepresentation, or any other dishonest conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or harms other users.

Misuse of Platform Systems

Users must not misuse the TopStore eMarket platform, including by attempting to interfere with platform systems, manipulate transactions, bypass platform processes, misuse promotions, abuse dispute procedures, upload harmful content, or otherwise disrupt operations or security.

Enforcement Action

Where prohibited products or activities are identified, TopStore eMarket may take enforcement action including listing removal, account restriction, temporary suspension, payout hold where reasonably necessary, permanent removal from the platform, or other operational steps required to protect the marketplace.

Where necessary, TopStore eMarket may also report serious misconduct to relevant law enforcement, regulatory, consumer protection, or other competent authorities.

TopStore eMarket May Remove Any High-Risk Product

Even where a product is not expressly listed above, TopStore eMarket reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that presents legal, safety, reputational, operational, or compliance risk to customers, vendors, or the platform.
